Here are the coasters we printed to send out as "save the dates" for my sister's wedding. We printed the red first using red #199. The gray was hand mixed from a darker gray for the rest of the type and the logo on the back side. Then we used a die we had made from David Penn Precision Dies (Pacheco, CA) to die-cut the circle shape. The printing went smoothly but we should have printed a lot more for extras. We cut it too close and only have a few to keep for ourselves. I guess the formula for printing 25% extra is a good one!
